    Heapspark Refund Policy

    This Refund & Returns Policy applies to physical products purchased on www.heapspark.com and sold by Heapspark (the "Company"), including Review Plates and Review Stands (the "Products").

    Paid subscriptions or optional digital services (including Heapspark AI) are governed by a separate Cancellation & Subscription Policy.

    1) Returns – 30-Day Window

    You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Your order must be delivered (based on carrier tracking).
    • Products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including accessories, if any) in resalable condition.

    Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping damage.

    2) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Customized or personalized Products (made to your specifications).
    • Products that have been configured, activated, or linked to an online destination/account/listing (QR/NFC setup, redirect links, third-party listing/profile, etc.).
    • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete.
    • Sale/discounted items, unless required by applicable law.

    3) Damaged, Defective, or Not Working

    A) Shipping damage / scratched upon delivery

    If your Product arrives scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.

    B) Product not functioning (QR/NFC issue)

    If the Product does not function properly, please contact us first. In most cases, the issue can be resolved with setup guidance. If, after support troubleshooting, we confirm the Product is defective, we may offer a replacement.

    Refunds for technical issues are granted only if a replacement is not feasible and the issue is confirmed by our support team.

    4) How to Request a Return or Refund

    To request a return/refund, email us at contact@heapspark.com with:

    • Order number
    • Reason for the request
    • Photos/videos if relevant

    If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

    5) Refund Processing

    If a refund is approved:

    • It will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Processing time is typically 2–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).

    6) Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your card issuer (posting may take time).
    3. Contact your bank.
